RETURNS
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Book with obvious signs of use.

CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Promotional items
Items purchased during promotions, discounts, or special campaigns may be refunded in accordance with our general return policy, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the corresponding offer.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to request a replacement for the same item, please contact us at contact.oxyram@gmail.com, providing your order number and attaching photos or videos showing the problem.
Before sending any product, you must obtain prior authorization from our customer service team. Returns or replacements sent without authorization will not be accepted. The return or replacement address may vary depending on the product and the corresponding logistics center.
Return conditions
For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, show signs of use, are damaged due to improper use, or are not in their original packaging may not be eligible for return or refund.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Shipping
To initiate a return, the customer must first contact our customer service department at contact.oxyram@gmail.com.
Do not send any item without having previously received our return instructions. The return address may vary depending on the product and the country of origin of the shipment.
The customer will be responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning their item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refunded amount where applicable.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning a more expensive item, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
